PocketBill lets you set how many days ahead you want a heads-up on each subscription. For trials, set it to 3 days. You get an in-app reminder and (on Android) a local notification the morning of — enough time to cancel or keep the plan on purpose.
Because the reminder shows the exact renewal date and amount, the decision is a tap, not a scramble. Treat every trial as a paid plan the day you start it, and the reminder simply confirms your choice.
